The Cupboard Under The Stairs

Other than using it as a bedroom for your secret-wizard nephew, how else can you make best use of the space under your stairs? 

It's easy to forget this area of your home, to stuff it full of cleaning products, ironing boards and broken toys and close the door, but this is a fairly large storage space to neglect. With a little hard work and TLC this area can become a real asset.

When I was a child, my parents turned our cupboard under the stairs into a little reading nook for me. Since then, i've been a little obsessed with how this space can become the most magical area of a home. From dog houses, to a bathroom or just a place to store all your shoes. The possibilities really are endless.
